00:13And I think it is correct to wait for that committee to be signed,
00:18so that we can analyze the different parts that could have a new immigration law
00:25that replace the 15th of August of 2004,
00:30which was promulgated by the President Hipólito Mejía,
00:34and thus giving to the Dominican Republic a new instrument
00:39and ajustable to the realities that the world lives in these moments
00:43and that the Dominican Republic lives with the migrator problem.
