00:00how many of your customers refer your business to other people if it's not a lot you need to work
00:14on that for one and also the best way to go about that is to ask for referrals from people so at
00:20some point in your sales process you need to implement that also you should have a customer
00:25service report that goes out and and pings people ideally it's a it's a third party that you've
00:30partnered with so that it doesn't come from you because then people can give you their honest
00:34feedback um i've got that service included in in my professional offering for when i work with
00:40people you kind of white label it and it sends out an email that comes from a third party so people
00:44will disclose you know how they really felt about your business and then you can go back and implement
00:48things that are going to make it better that's the whole point of that right like if somebody has
00:53a poor experience with your business uh the customer the customer is always right customer
00:57is not always right uh sometimes people are just having a bad day or have other things going on in
01:03their life but still you want to make sure that you're capturing that data right you want to know
01:07why people didn't buy if they didn't buy uh if you have somebody that put something in their cart
01:13i know you've i know you've had this right so you put something in your amazon cart you put something
01:18in another cart on a website and you don't you don't pull the trigger you you get distracted
01:22it goes off you get an email and it's got a discount code right and they're they're going to hit you
01:27because they want you to go ahead and pull the trigger on it and buy it it's the same way with
01:32this follow-up from the customer satisfaction uh you want to be aggregating that data you want to
01:37know that your customers will refer you and you want to ask for the referrals because when somebody
01:42refers you to their friend it's it's night and day you don't even have to pitch yourself right
01:48and that is the best way for your business to grow organically uh you you have six different types of
01:55marketing that you can do you know and we'll get into those on another video but the best way is
02:00organic growth and you want to make sure that you're monitoring that and and making sure that
02:05it's happening and the best way to do that is to have a cut a customer satisfaction report that goes
02:10out uh from what looks like a third party on on a regular basis
