00:32the scope of our quotes based on our particular customer's needs that they have. So that's really

00:38going to vary on every project. And so when we get out to the house, we're going to assess those needs

00:43for that particular client and then give you a detailed package on what you specifically need.

00:52Let's talk cabinets. That's a huge thing that a lot of people are starting to

00:56go from either a colored cabinet or stained cabinet over to white. How easy is that process? Do you do

01:03everything in house at the in the kitchen itself or do you take the doors? How does that work?

01:08Great question. So we actually take the doors back to our shop. It's about a nine to ten step process

01:12by the time that we're done with it. Because you have to degloss, clean the cabinets, sand them,

01:17tack cloth, backing them up. Then you prime them and then you're repeating those steps in between

01:24your top coats. So it turns into a nine to ten step process. But we actually take the cabinet doors back,

01:29spray those out at our shop, and then we install those back into the house. So Mike, tell me what

01:34separates a cut above painting from all the other things? So we're going to be honest with you when we

01:40come out. We had a doctor one time and she wanted the whole house painted inside and outside. And most

01:45people would have jumped on that and looked at that as a great opportunity for them. Well, we got there

01:50and we realized that she didn't need the whole house painted. She actually had about $400 worth

01:56of painting that she needed done. The house was in pristine condition. She needed a real estate agent.
