00:00At 95.9 The Rat we pride ourselves on serving the community in which we broadcast through
00:22entertaining our audience, informing them, and most importantly supporting our community.
00:28The message is it's a wonderful organization.
00:32Our mission is to build homes, but we're more than that.
00:38We build and change lives.
00:41So we're out there for the long haul.
00:43We're going to make a family to give them a kick up if you will, but we're also going
00:48to try and change the neighborhood that we're developing in and to bring hope to all those
00:55that are out there watching us build, but don't get involved.
00:59We're going to change that slowly but surely.
01:02I just want to say thank you so much for the bottom of my heart.
01:04You've changed our lives.
01:06You've changed my family's life for the better, and you're changing the trajectory of so many
01:10people's lives for the better.
01:13It makes such a difference because we work so hard, and I love the idea of getting a hand
01:22up and not a hand out.
01:23So I've had the pleasure of working throughout almost the full portion of this build, and
01:33I've been able to meet some of probably the most amazing people that I've had the honor
01:37of meeting in my life, from just the core volunteers to the groups that have come and donated their
01:42time willingly.
01:43You know, it's not always a pleasant world that we live in, but being part of this has
01:50shown me that there is tons of goodness and kindness in people still, and you know, it's
01:58been a fantastic experience, and I look forward to continuing, and hopefully continuing even
02:02at where our home is done.
02:03I'd just like to thank you on behalf of the borough of Eatontown First for hosting this every
02:07year in Eatontown.
02:09Hosting in here raises awareness.
02:10If you look at Eatontown, we're getting a significant amount of growth, a significant
02:15amount of development.
02:16There's a lot of money coming into Eatontown, but it doesn't change the fact that more than
02:20that, there's a lot of need in Eatontown.
02:22A lot of Eatontown residents can certainly benefit from the programs that you run, and
02:26I thank you for that.
02:31Without sponsorship, you know, the business community coming together with a great charity
02:36like Mama County Habitat for Humanity, you know, none of this would be possible.
