00:00action news says when they arrived they saw two officers from the 24th district attempting to

00:06arrest an unruly teenager while that was happening another person showed up and tried to antagonize

00:10the person being arrested that person was told several times by police to back up but instead

00:15they pulled out a cell phone and got in between the officers to yell at the guy being arrested

00:19after a supervisor arrived on the seat and tried to get the person to step away the man tried to

00:25provoke officers into a fight yeah what this guy is such an a-hole he's he's yelling at the cops

00:34don't touch me don't touch me but he's getting as close to them as possible hey the cops aren't

00:39touching right at all yeah and he is the one that's walking towards them he's the aggressor oh my and

00:46then and he got arrested yeah and he's in the middle of the street and the cops are saying you gotta get
