00:00That's Saifullah Khalid aka Saifullah Kasuri, the alleged mastermind of the Pahalgam massacre that left at least 28 dead on April 22, 2025.

00:16Khalid is the deputy chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba or LET, the Pakistan-based terror group co-founded by Hafiz Saeed.

00:23He's also linked to the resistance front, TRF, the Lashkar proxy that claimed responsibility for the Pahalgam attack.

00:30Khalid, dubbed a favourite asset of Pakistan's army, moves freely within Pakistan, delivering jihadi speeches to incite violence against India.

00:44The Pahalgam attack wasn't Khalid's first. Intelligence links link him to multiple terror strikes across Kashmir.

00:55June 2024, the Riyasi bus attack. Nine Hindu pilgrims were killed and over 40 injured.

01:09As per intelligence agencies, Khalid operates from Gujaranwala, Pakistan with protection and support of the Pakistani establishment.
