00:27sa Cebu Provincial Capitol na sinamahan ni Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia.

00:32Ito'y matapos pasinayaan ang pagpupulong kasama ang Department of Agriculture

00:35at ang mga gobernador ng Region 6, 7 at 8.

00:39Humarap sa media si Agriculture Secretary Francisco Laurel Tiu Jr.

00:44at kinumpirma na magsisimula na sa susunod na linggo ang pagbibenta

00:48ng 20 pesos kada kilo na bigas sa Visayas na agad ipapatupad din sa buong bansa.

00:54Basically, yung mechanics nun,

00:57since buwa ba ng world prices at buwa ba na ng pressure

01:00because in general,

01:05yung gap between the 20 pesos

01:08and yung current market prices of 32 to 33 pesos sa mercado

01:14ay napakusapan na isishare yun

01:18yung gap ngayon between the national government

01:21and the selected LGUs that will be participating in the program.

01:26So, yung 13 pesos yung gap, yung 33,

01:29yung program ang invent,

01:30and so 6.50,

01:32ang shoulder will be TAN through FDI,

01:36the food terminal,

01:38and the 6.50 will be shoulder by the participating LGUs.

02:49but he is able to see it on a more holistic level.

02:55The Department of Agriculture being on board,

02:58and as was already discussed,

03:12almost the same area lang naman tayo natin.

03:14So, working together with other governors from the Visayas,

03:18it's also parang reassuring din sa amin na may tutulong din sa amin.
