00:00Ukraine's allies are going to be in London tomorrow, and I'm wondering if you see that
00:05and the involvement of the United States in those talks as perhaps being an indication
00:09that there is a little bit more coordination now that we're approaching the 100-day mark
00:14of the Trump presidency, coordination between the Americans and their European allies.
00:19Well, I think that's encouraging. Again, rather like the early part of the conversation that
00:24you and I are having, it all depends what the agenda is and what the discussion items
00:28are that are on the table. But certainly it is positive that the United States, the United
00:33Kingdom, France, Germany, Ukraine are sitting down together and trying to formulate, I assume,
00:41a common negotiating position, which if the Kremlin is offering talks, then at least there
00:47is an agreed Western and Ukrainian position that can be put on the table and form the basis
00:51of an agenda for a discussion with the Kremlin. But there's an awful lot of iffing and butting
00:56and what I'm saying, to be absolutely frank.
