00:00Hello everyone and welcome to INS.
00:02Sir, first of all, you should know Nawaz sir,
00:05what was the reason for this film?
00:08What was the one reason that made you do this film?
00:10One reason?
00:12One reason is that there are many reasons for doing this film.
00:18Of course, there were two reasons here.
00:22Writing, of course, was their personality.
00:26Their personality and their personality.
00:28What was the reason for your life?
00:30Bravery, honesty, discipline, courage.
00:32What was the reason for this project?
00:38It was a story.
00:40It wasn't a fictional story.
00:42It was a kind of human being.
00:44It was a kind of human being.
00:46It was a kind of human being.
00:48But I think that it was a story that came out.
00:52People should know that there are real people.
00:56There are real people who know only the meaning of the words.
01:02It's like bravery or courageous.
01:08It's an example.
01:10So I think that was the first story.
01:12It was the first story thing.
01:14And when you have Nawazuddin.
01:16When you have Nawazuddin.
01:18When you have Nawazuddin.
01:20Obviously, a well-researched film by Sejal and the entire team, Babish Madalya,
01:26was good enough to tell me that they should be made.
01:28Sejal ma'am, your first project.
01:30So how challenging it was to do this project.
01:34And what was your reason to say yes?
01:36So actually the story, I had found out about Costa.
01:40And I wanted to write the story.
01:44And then he happened to write the script.
01:46And I just found the story very interesting.
01:48It's such a courageous hero film.
01:50And there are so many nuances.
01:52And the whole hero's journey was what was interesting.
01:54And then I got lucky because I got Nawaz.
01:57And you know, Vinod Bhanush Ali as a producer.
01:59And that is why the journey has been, actually for a first time,
02:01it has been quite an easy journey for me.
02:03Which should have been, which most people find it difficult for me.
02:05It was a very easy journey.
02:07So...
02:09Vinod Sir, you should know that as a writer,
02:11if you want to know a writer,
02:15what should you like in a script that you like?
02:19No, I don't like it.
02:21It should all like it.
02:23But it's like that a writer takes such a story
02:25that has been created.
02:27It should have been created.
02:29It should have been created by a writer.
02:31So many writers that have been not given to me.
02:33They shouldn't have created even.
02:35What is it?
02:36It should have been created.
02:37Just just need to try and survive.
02:39And it should be done with it.
02:40The author who has been created to read before.
02:42This is not created the picture.
02:44You will support me.
02:46That whole team will have been visible.
02:47I could see the whole team.
02:48Shishil, my dad,
02:49You'd like to know about the
02:49tycker and Mercham of the 90's to show
02:51how much it was used to show your audience today.
02:53How difficult it was for your audience.
02:55How difficult it was for you?
02:56How much does it feel relevant and do you think that it will be glamourisation of the film?
03:0290s film, we set it up in the real 90s world so it was difficult because obviously to make a period film you need to have certain kind of location, you need to have that current kind of look and to get that kind of location is very difficult so of course it took a lot of time to do that.
03:19And I don't think we have glamourised it or in any way, in fact what we have shown is the reality and the truth and I think most audiences will be, most people have not seen this work.
03:28I don't know, this was happening before Goa and what all goes on, nobody has seen a life of the custom officer.
03:34Now we have seen the Hindi film that whenever you see a custom raid or something it is a police officer or somebody going that but actually the custom officers have a very challenging job.
03:43It's not only the custom officers who live in airports, their job intelligence and there's a lot of other things.
03:48and in fact they have a much more difficult job because they are not trained, they all are not trained to go and fight and all.
03:53Still they are ordinary people who risked their lives to do that and it's a very important job.
03:57In fact at that time 90s smuggling was a very big thing and it was the time when suppose Goa smuggling, it collapses the economy, it collapses the price.
04:08So it was a very important job they were doing at that point.
04:11Nawat sir, how much time has your character in this character?
04:16How much time has your character in this character?
04:18We say that we have seen some actors, we have interviewed before,
04:20but if you have seen a uniform role,
04:24like police or customs or air force,
04:28then it's different from the actors.
04:31So what do you say?
04:33What do you say?
04:34Yeah, that's the process.
04:35It comes from the process.
04:36The whole process is starting from the process.
04:38It definitely helps you.
04:39It helps you.
04:40It helps you.
04:41It helps you.
04:42It helps you.
04:43It helps you.
04:45But after that,
04:46the process is starting from the process.
04:48Of course, you have a lot of research, the thought process, the relationship of your director and the writer's character.
05:04What is the complexity of your character?
05:08Do you need to know that your vision was different or on one page?
05:13Or has there been a disagreement for any scene?
05:18When the vision is different, it doesn't make a picture, in my opinion.
05:23So we had a vision for making a film.
05:27I don't think, I'll speak also of all the things that at no point,
05:32from the time we narrated the script to the time we did the film,
05:36there has never been a single disagreement or any kind of debate on the scenes
05:40or any kind of creative process.
05:42We all three were always on the same page
05:44and that is what helped to bring the vision together.
05:47Nawaz sir, you have come so many days,
05:50so some people think that this film is a commercial move.
05:54Nawazuddin wants to change its image.
05:57What do you say?
05:58My image was stuck.
06:00We have made a commercial film.
06:04The most popular film is a flop commercial film.
06:07So-called commercial film.
06:08In the year, there are thousands of commercial pictures flopped.
06:11Now, the film is the only one.
06:13It's a good film.
06:14Yes, it's just so.
06:16Sejal ji, you need to go to the director of the film,
06:21which you expected,
06:24you could get so much creative freedom?
06:27Yeah, in fact, what I expected, I got more than that.
06:30Toh kya hota hai na whenever I think all filmmakers know that when you're working with certain actors,
06:35you're working with certain producers, you know,
06:37a lot of people have their own stakes.
06:39Some people, each actor wants,
06:40I want to know how many roles are,
06:41I'm going to show how many roles are,
06:42I'm going to show you,
06:43I'm going to show you.
06:44And the producer will want to say,
06:45that you just put this song,
06:46you just want to show me this song.
06:48But in fact, I feel,
06:50at this point, during this film,
06:52not once,
06:53and I'll say that completely honestly,
06:54that not once there was any creative interference at all.
06:57So, whatever it is,
06:58it has happened,
06:59is because of everybody allowed us to make the film,
07:01which we wanted to make,
07:02so.
07:03Ah,

07:42I have a lot of actors and actors.
07:48I am telling you that thank God that our directors and producers have given us this opportunity.
07:58If you are a gangster, then you are a cop.
08:04If you are a man, then you are a man.
08:06This opportunity will be our producers and directors.
08:10This opportunity will be able to meet someone here.
08:14If you are talking about OTT,
08:17you have said that you want to make an OTT?
08:21I was talking about 100 years ago.
08:23Where are you from?
08:25What is this film that you are coming to OTT platform?
08:30There are many films in OTT.
08:32There are many films in OTT.
08:34You have said that you are coming to OTT.
08:38The next film is going to be a theater.
08:48Yes, they are going to be a theater.
08:51Sir, I want to know one more thing, that you have worked with Shahrug, Salman and Amir.
08:58So, you think that you have worked with the biggest stars for your career.
09:06You have worked with the three actors for your career.
09:10It's really good because they are superstars and superstars.
09:16I've worked with them too.
09:20Sir, I want to know one more thing.
09:22In the social media, many people have comments on social media.
09:27Especially in the social media.
09:30The netizens of every film is being trolled.
09:34Especially in Bollywood, there are many actors who answer that question.
09:39But there are many actors who say that.
09:43So, in terms of the actors, there are many social responsibilities.
09:49What do you think about actors' responsibility?
09:52So you need to keep your emotions in terms of your own emotions?
09:56Yes.
09:57You need to keep your own feelings.
09:58You are a responsible person in the country, so you need to keep your own feelings.
10:03If someone is saying something, okay, you need to keep calm in your eyes.
10:11Sir, I would like to say something about Bajrangi Bhaijant 2.
10:15No, I don't know anything about Bajrangi Bhaijant 2.
10:18Lastly, if you want to talk about this film, what message would you like to fans?
10:26I feel I don't think we are here to give a message to anybody.
10:37We have made a film to entertain and to tell a story of a very heroic character.
10:43And people should enjoy it, people should get inspired.
10:46There is never an intention that we are nobody to give message to anybody.
10:50I think if you take the message, some people might just enjoy the film,
10:53some people might relate as a father-daughter,
10:55some people might be inspired by him.
10:57I think people will take different messages from the film
10:59and they might be entertained also.
11:03This is a good film.
11:05When you watch a story of Costa Fernandes,
11:07you will see a story of Costa Fernandes.
11:09You will always love it.
11:11You will always have sympathy with it.
11:13You will always see it.
11:14You will always see it.
11:15Wow, what an inspiration.
11:16So, this is a lot of emotion in this film.
11:18It is not linear.
11:19It is not linear.
11:20It is just like this.
11:21So, you should make such stories.
11:23You will always say that sometimes you might show the same time.
11:25You will always find it as you experience the same way.
11:27So, you're having a film for a lot of people.
11:28It is in a film right.
11:29You will always be able to see it as a film.
11:30Yes, that's very interesting.
11:32I am very beautiful.
11:33So, I don't see that.
11:34You will always find it.
11:35You will always find it.
11:36I think it's a big strange man. What are you talking about?
11:40The predictability is very unpredictable.
11:43In the real world, Gustav Fernandez,
11:48in his personality, there are some strange things.
11:51They are very good.
11:53Sir, what are your future projects?
11:56Are my future projects coming?
11:58Yes.
