Nuggets coach David Adelman is adamant that Aaron Gordon's winning shot in Game 4 wasn't an intended oop.
Transcript
00:00Coach, is there any chance that that last shot was a pass?
00:06No.
00:06To our guys' credit, you know, in the NBA, it's really true.
00:09You talk about this all season long in situational basketball.
00:12When the shot goes up, there's no reason not to crash everybody.
00:15So it was good to see our guys do that.
00:17Obviously, you could say it's a lucky play, but Aaron is a big athletic man,
00:22and he met the ball early.
00:24I couldn't tell if it was good or not.
00:25I was preparing for overtime.
00:27So this was a game where I was really proud of us for three quarters.
00:32They have a lot to be proud of in the fourth quarter.
00:34They were incredible in that quarter with their defense
00:37and the way they picked up.
00:38And, you know, it's one of those things where that's going to be on NBA TV someday,
00:42and I'm glad we won the game.
00:43I'm glad it will be on Nugget Day and not Clipper Day.
00:45So hell of a win, 2-2 going home.
