A hotel has been renamed the ‘Keep Go-Inn’ to inspire thousands of London marathon runners to keep up their pace at a tricky part of the course.
The Premier Inn in Canary Wharf, Westferry, has changed its name to encourage the athletes make it to the finish line.
Participants will get the boost of encouragement just as they approach the Limehouse Tunnel, as well as when they come out the other end.
It comes after a poll of 457 people who have run the marathon found 43 per cent cite the section around the east of the city, between miles 15 and 21, as one of the hardest parts.

00:29Hospital charity and we have seven runners running from Premier Inn for the charity today.
