00:00First and foremost, thank you very much, it's been an amazing Premier League season for us,
00:20very consistent, well-deserved winners. The reaction that we showed after coming 1-0 down today
00:27was outstanding, obviously it was a very emotional game, the time goes very slow towards the end by the way,
00:37but I'm glad we got the job done and now we speak about, obviously everyone who is Liverpool-connected
00:46can enjoy and celebrate because that's what you should do as well.
00:51Is there anything extra about the joy today, because the last time you haven't been able to play a game?
01:02Yeah, I think so.
01:04Obviously I think, in my opinion, the hardest league in the world if you have a chance, an opportunity to win it today,
01:13and what was a glorious day in terms of the atmosphere, the weather, a good opponent.
01:21Yeah, it was incredible to be part of and I think the manager touched on it already on the pitch
01:30and we got two titles in five years, so that's a big achievement in my opinion.
01:36James?
01:38In January last year, when you were here at Klopp, could you have imagined this 18 months later?
01:45Well, around that time we were still challenging as well for the title.
01:50Obviously, I had a lot of confidence in my team, we came short last year, that was pretty obvious.
01:59We were not good enough towards the end, we couldn't find the consistency that we had been doing before that.
02:06But listen, to replace Jürgen is a big job and I think the manager did it in his own way,
02:16together with his staff, he definitely deserved a lot of credit for that.
02:20And yeah, I don't think anyone obviously that's been said by so many from the outside world
02:29would have thought that we were going to be Premier League champions.
02:32But that's football as well.
02:34We have to perform as players and that's what we try to do.
02:38Try to be consistent, try to win games, find ways to win games and that's what you have done.
02:45I'm sure you have done, I apologize.
02:47What do you think?
02:52Oh, yeah, listen, it would be amazing, very emotional, I think even today.
02:59It was an emotional day for me and my family because I think the whole week was quite slow,
03:05it takes ages before match day, I think every Liverpool fan around the world probably felt like that.
03:11And then obviously it's match day and then you see so many fans already in red outside getting ready from early on.
03:22And you just want to get the job done and I'm very, very happy that we did.
03:28And when the moment is there that I can lift the trophy in front of our beautiful supporters,
03:34then I think I will be very emotional.
03:38So after a couple more, Dave Anderson.
03:41First, was there a game or can you remember what you thought,
03:44yeah, we can do this, we're going to be champions?
03:47Not really.
03:52I think obviously I've been in title races and unfortunately I've lost a couple.
04:00And I think the key only is to focus on yourself and that's what we try to do.
04:06We try to win games ahead of us, look at ourselves and obviously it's quite difficult
04:11because there's always so many noise around us and other teams doing this and that
04:15and results going this way and that way.
04:20But you have to try and keep your eyes on your own team, your own performances.
04:27And that's the only way, in my opinion, to consistency and to success.
04:32And I'm glad we did because that's still the most difficult thing in life, not only in football,
04:38but in life, to be consistent.
04:40And if you have that consistency, just keep it.
04:43So, I'm glad we did.
04:46And like I said, we have to be proud of ourselves and enjoy it all, soak it all in.
04:52Last one, Richard.
04:53Virgil, you talked about consistency as one of the reasons,
04:56but I mean, in general, summing it up over the season,
04:59you are obviously deserving of the champions,
05:01but can you sort of sum up, you know, how do you think this has happened
05:05and why you don't miss it?
05:07Consistency. Winning games after game after game, I think that's the key.
05:12Obviously, it's a whole team process, everyone has played a part,
05:18you know, obviously guys don't always start the game,
05:20but they come on and have impact.
05:23And obviously, not only the players, you know, the staff obviously plays a big part,
05:29but the people that are around us at AXA, at the training ground, the fans,
05:34everyone has to play a part.
05:36And I think from day one, when we started the season,
05:40I think it was pretty obvious and pretty clear that we have a big goal in our hands,
05:45big dreams and that we want to fulfil it.
05:47And I'm glad we did, we got the big one.
05:50And yeah, amazing.
05:54Thanks, guys.
