02:43I reckon he might like a potato gem.
02:44Oh, look.
02:45Yum.
02:46Yeah.
02:47No, you don't want a potato gem?
02:48What about a carrot?
02:49You can teach Spencer to eat veggies.

03:00And you can help yourself if you want to.
03:03There's a special husband like...
03:05Aeroplane.
03:06Yeah, that's a plane.
03:07That's so cool, isn't it?
03:09Oh, it's so good to get out of the apartment though.
03:12Oh, I love it.
03:13Isn't it nice?
03:14Like it is really good.
03:15It's a different world out when you're inside the apartment coming out.
03:19Oh, an aeroplane.
03:20Do you like VTEC toys?
03:21Does he like playing with those toys that make sense?
03:22I don't know.
03:23I don't see.
03:24It might be...
03:25I don't know.
03:26Yeah, look.
03:27It makes sense.
03:28You press the buttons.
03:29You're like pressing buttons.
03:30Spencer loves pressing buttons.
03:31Yeah, buttons are fun, aren't they?
03:32Look at that, they make noises.
03:33Spencer doesn't mind sharing.
03:34Yeah, you can have this.
03:35Do you have some bread?
03:36Yeah, let's cut it in half.
03:37Do you want to share this thing?
03:38No?
03:39Okay.
03:40I don't know.
03:41No one wants the lunch month pack.
03:42No one wants the lunch month pack.

04:01It's all good.
04:02No lollies in there.
04:03No lollies, yeah.
04:04No ice cream.
04:05That sucks.
04:06Don't have any cake.
04:09I should have bought some cake.
04:11That would guarantee for them to eat cake.
04:14No lollies in there. No lollies, yeah. No ice cream, that sucks. Don't have any cake.
04:22I should have brought some cake. I would have guaranteed them to eat cake.
04:27Eat food, yeah.
04:30He's getting that a lot too, like they put the lid back on.
04:34Yeah, you're packing it up. That's very tidy on him, sure.
04:38If he's got his rubbish, like a paper in it, you just say, go and put it in the bin
04:43and he just goes straight in, puts it in the bin, comes back.
04:46So, yeah, he's learned it so much.
04:49That's so tidy. Yeah, Spencer does that too, actually.
04:53He's putting things in the bin now and he puts the lid back on things.
04:57He's starting to actually even put toys away when he wants to, though, as part of play.
05:04But it's good to just get him to do it now and then.
05:06You don't expect him to pack everything up or anything.
05:08Oh, yeah, we do. We've got rules in the house.
05:10You've got the phone, yeah.
05:13Yeah, that's pretty cool.
05:18You're going to hear the jet boat, can't you?
05:23Yeah, look.
05:24Do you want to come over here?
05:27Look, sit on the food.
05:29You go over to Suvi.
05:31Yeah, come over here.
05:31Come over there.
05:32Come over here, darling.
05:33Oh, I know. I'll bring over this because he was interested in this.
05:36This is probably new, so they love these new things.
05:40That they haven't played with before.
05:41Yeah.
05:42Look.
05:44What's that?
05:45Oh, I know.
05:46Well, this is Spencer's lagar's butterfly.
05:49And you know what?
05:50We've got a little mirror in there that you can actually see into.
05:55And it makes a rattly sound.
05:57It makes a rattly sound like this.
06:02And the wings are really cool.
06:05Oh, darling, it's all right, love, isn't it?
06:08It's all right.
06:09Oh, sweet.
06:10It's all right.
06:11It's all right.
06:12It's all right.
06:13It's all right.

06:18Come here.
06:19Come here.
06:20Oh.

06:29I'll come back in 24 hours.
06:33You can come back in 20 minutes.
06:36Maximum.
06:37I tell you what, though, there's nothing like it.
06:42It feels so awesome.
06:44It does.
06:45Cuddling a little timeline is just the nicest feeling.
06:47You're waving to the boat.
06:48Yeah, it's awesome.
06:49Look, the boat's going over there.
06:50Oh, it's so nice.
06:51I love it.
06:52Yeah, the boat.
06:53Look, the boat's going over there.
06:54The boat's going over there.
06:55That felt nice to have a big armful of toddlers, didn't it?
06:58See?
06:59Armful of toddlers.
07:00Yeah, the boat's going there.
07:01The boat's going over there.
07:02The boat's going over there.

07:14They are just so cuddlable, though.
07:20Like, when they let you cuddle them, they're just so lovely.
07:24When they're not screaming.
07:26I know, I can't believe how lucky we are right now.
07:30Like, this is actually really...
07:32I think, because they're probably really happy just to be out and...
07:35Yeah.
07:36And even having another...
07:37Yeah, having the two of them.
07:38Makes a difference.
07:39It does.
07:40It actually does.
07:41It actually does.

13:44And now, you're done.
13:46That's it, isn't it?
13:47How many is there?
13:48Come on.
13:49There you go.
13:50There we go, Finn.
13:51How many is in the net?
13:52Come on.
13:53One, two, three.
13:54I understand.
13:55So you're going to take them back down to them?
13:56Yes.
13:57I'm not keeping that big.
13:58Good.
13:59Oh, you've got the prawn.
14:00I need it.
14:01Oh, do you want the whole thing?
14:02Oh, do you want the whole thing?
14:03Okay, you can hold it.
14:04Yes.
14:05Well, we should ask, you know, if you can share.
14:07Can Spencer share your Nana?
14:08Hmm?
14:09Hmm?
14:10Hmm?
14:11Hmm?
14:12Hmm?
14:13Hmm?
14:14Hmm?
14:15Hmm?
14:16Hmm?
14:17Hmm?
14:18Hmm?
14:19Hmm?
14:20Hmm?
14:21Hmm?
14:22Hmm?
14:23Hmm?
14:24Hmm?
14:25Hmm?
14:26Hmm?
14:27Hmm?
14:28Hmm?
14:29Hmm?
14:30Hmm?
14:31Hmm?
14:32Hmm?
14:33Oh, look at his glasses clapping.
14:34They're so cute.
14:35How's the grass Dally on your feet?
14:45How's the grass Koa?
14:46You had bare feet before, didn't you?
14:48He runs round on crushed rock bare feet half the time.
14:51So, laughing fazes him.
14:55Oh, Spencer's sharing your Nana.
14:58Is that alright, Dally?
14:59Oh, Spencer's sharing your Nana.
15:00your Nana. Is that alright darling? Is that okay? Spencer's sharing your Nana. Oh that looks nice. Oh it's alright. Do you want me to open that for you?
15:16Or are you happy with the packet? Yeah let me open it for you. Oh that's exactly what Spencer does when I'm opening something for you.
15:29There you go. Yeah that's a wrapper you like. You love crinkly wrappers.
15:36We can go over to the tree after you've had some tea. Do you want to go over to the tree? Do you want to go over to the tree?
15:44Do you want to go over and see what colors do? Oh he's getting tired. Oh that's alright. You've done very well though darling.
15:55Yeah he is. Yeah. Let's go over and check out the tree. What words, what's Finn saying? Not much. He's just starting to, like he said, Mum, Dad.
16:17He says Mum, Dad. Oh does he? Yeah sort of. Does he have anything for you? Yeah. Does he call you anything?
16:24He says blah blah to me. Blah blah. Yeah. You know he's yelling out to him. Oh yeah. He's got a certain word but I'm not sure what it is actually. It's not blah blah.
16:36But as soon as Koa disappears, yeah he starts yelling it out. Yeah, yeah. We are saying, what are we saying? We're saying, what is it? What's that? We're saying, we're blowing raspberries when we're not very happy. Let's go and see the tree then. Come on.
16:56He's always been a real chatter, haven't he? Yeah. And we're saying, we've said part from early on.
17:03Yeah, well let's go and see the tree then. Instead of blowing raspberries at me, let's go and check out the tree.
17:09Three. Three. Two. Shabba!
17:16Can Spencer sit next to you? Yeah. Shabba, come here Shabba. Shabba. Shabba.
17:22You're the Shabba bird. Okay, yay. Oh, careful. Mummy's got you. Is that exciting?
17:33Spencer! Who? Where's Finn? Oh, you can see Finn. Oh, that's good.
17:38Finn wants to have a go. Shall we lift Finn up? Hey, should we lift Finn up? Do you want to have a go?
17:48Ha, ha.
17:51Pop, do you know where Chabba is?
17:56Look, I won't be set then, I'm looking at Finn a go.
17:59Aw, this is where twins... Yeah, you can't lift two up at once.
18:05Once too much for mummy
18:35This is where Pilates is coming to play
18:41Yeah look! Look both of you!
18:45Look if you two
18:57Look if you two
18:59Yeah okay I'll pop you up a bit better
19:03How's that?
19:05How's that boy?
19:09He just wants to let me go
19:11Let me throw that
19:13I know alright
19:15My hat
19:17Come on
19:19Come on
19:21Oh that was good
19:23Yeah that was fun
19:25Look at it
19:27You have to work out on the arms anyway
19:29Oh yeah I know
19:31Look at your hat
19:33I reckon it would actually be really frustrating being a toddler
19:35Because I think they want to do a lot themselves
19:39But they can't
19:41Oh you can blow raspberries now
19:43He would love to do what Carl is doing but he just can't
19:45He just gets frustrated
19:47And when he gets frustrated
19:49Yeah exactly
19:51And their body
19:53And their coordination and everything
19:54He was trying to put his shoes on yesterday
19:55Yeah
19:56He got one on
19:57Couldn't get the other one on
19:58Yep
19:59And you should have seen
20:00Frustrating
20:01He just threw it
20:03He just threw it
20:04I'm frustrated
20:05Like it's
20:06You could just see
20:07You could see the frustration
20:08In his eyes
20:09That sucks doesn't it
20:13Is there a leaf on you?
20:15That's a good raspberry
20:17That's
20:19Kowa's good at that
20:20Amity's very good at that too
20:25That was a good one
20:28Kowa's good at blowing raspberries
20:31Look
20:33Do you want to have a competition with Kowa?
20:35Look
20:37Oh there he goes
20:42Oh there he goes
20:44No Finn?
20:57No
21:03I reckon he's been
21:05Well I think his play of day is going really well though
21:11Like it's so good just to get out of the house
21:13Oh you and the log
21:14And have
21:15Yeah look
21:16He's on the log
21:17And when you're actually meeting someone
21:20You um
21:21It does
21:22It just gets you out
21:23You know
21:24Cause at one point
21:25When I was trying to put sunscreen on him
21:26And he's
21:27You know crying
21:28And trying to put him in the pram
21:29It's like
21:30You know
21:31But
21:32When you're meeting someone
21:33It's like well no
21:34Coming out of the house
21:35Yep
21:36And you've
21:37Once you've
21:38So it sets up that obligation
21:39To get out of the house
21:40Do something
21:41Yeah once you've made the effort
21:42It's good
21:43And then it's so good
21:44Yeah it's so good being outside
21:45Finn
21:46Come here
21:49Look Finn going all over there
21:51Yeah
21:52Yeah it's so good being out here isn't it
21:56Yeah
21:57Yeah
21:58It's so good
21:59Wee
22:00Wee
22:01Wee
22:02Wee
22:03Wee
22:05Wee
22:06Wee
22:07Wee
22:08Wee
22:09Wee
22:10Wee
22:11Wee
22:12Wee
22:13Wee
22:14Wee
22:15Wee
22:16Wee
22:18How do you think
22:19what's he doing
22:20Wee
22:21Wee
22:22Wee
22:23You know what would be the hard part though about having toddlers?
22:50It'd be like two dogs we often used to joke that you know if you had two dogs they would play with each other all the time but most likely the dogs would just both sit at the back door wanting to come in and wanting your attention. That's exactly the same with toddlers. They would play for little short periods of time but most of the time they would be doing this.
23:11That's exactly what two dogs would do all right. Hello, it's so good to see you isn't it? Ah, there's a boat.
23:18I'm so genuinely glad though that these two boys got to meet. Yeah, it's good. It is good. Hop in the pram. Especially if they're the same age.
23:30Yeah, every time. They'll keep meeting as they're getting older, like a little bit older so they can both run around together. It'd be funny. Yeah, they really will. They really will. You'll be good friends.
23:46Well, this is why we eat outside. The state of this rug is the state of our lounge room if we'd have stayed inside. But it's so, this has been so good. It's been so awesome to meet me.
24:10Yeah, you are awesome, aren't you? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for that. Spence has really enjoyed our play day. Spence is having a little bit more to eat now. And Koa has done really well. He's been fishing. And he's got lots of fish. But no, this has been great. This has been so good to get out and get the boys to meet each other.
24:35But we're all probably, actually Spence has been well. Yeah, back in the picture. Well, we're all probably getting a bit tired. Both of the boys are a good sign.
24:44When Spence gets tired, and I noticed Spence was doing that too, they go onto the rug and they'll pretend to sleep. So, I'm waiting for the day where they actually go into the nursery and like actually go to sleep.
24:55He'll be waiting for a while. Waiting for a while. But what we might do is we might pack up. Spence was that tired the other day he actually did that though.
25:04He did the whole thing. He got told to. Oh, wow. But he went in and just collapsed and didn't come out.
25:09Yeah, wow. That's awesome. He was dead on his feet. And he'd give him a bottle and he just went in there and...
25:16Oh, wow. Didn't you? Do you want to get in the picture? Yeah. Go on.
25:20Well, this is actually probably a good time too. Ta-da to Spence.
25:23Keep Spence up.
25:25I was happy because we did have a few discussions about getting in the pram when we're all coming out.
25:32Look, look, we're covered in sand. Yeah, we're going to pop you in the pram.
25:36And then it's pack up time here, even though this is less clean up than it would be if it was at home.
25:42But we've still got to clean up a little bit. Look.
25:46And then give the rug a good shake out.
25:48You know, I might actually put the rug in the wash when we get back.
25:51Might be a good idea.
25:52Yeah.
25:53Spence, you're going to hop in the pram? And Finn hop in too?
26:12Oh, does he hop in by himself?
26:14Hop in. Hop in the pram.
26:15Oh, isn't that awesome? Look at you. I'll strap him in as well.
26:21What a beautiful boy is he.
26:23Turn around.
26:25Does Finn tolerate these strapped in?
26:27Yeah, he doesn't care.
26:29If Spence is tired, he doesn't mind being strapped in like now.
26:32But if he's not tired these days, he's fine.
26:34Don't lock me in here.
26:35Yeah, he does not want to be strapped in.
26:37Yeah.
26:37Oh, I reckon we might stop off on the way home.
26:43We'll see.
26:44Right, darling.
26:45Are we all going to the peacock park yet?
26:47Not stuck here.
26:48I think.
26:51Oh, what about Spence?
26:53Oh, yeah.
26:54Where are the Spence on this one?
26:55Everyone's just...
26:56Yeah, they're the same.
26:59Oh, they are the same.
27:00Yeah.
27:01Oh, there it is.
27:05Is Finn not going to the peacock park?
27:07He's going home in the house.
27:07Spence is going home for a nap.
27:10He's very tired.
27:11He hadn't had a nap today.
27:12Yeah, he hasn't actually.
27:13Finn will have a nap too.
27:16But we'll be at the peacock park.
27:17Now these...
27:19Uh-huh.
27:20Yeah, that's it.
27:22No, that one's got to turn around too.
27:26Uh-huh.
27:27That's it.
27:28All right, darling.
27:28One of the blue-o is...
27:30The good thing about a container like this...
27:33Help clean up, Keller.
27:38Where's my...
27:39Now this one's not open yet, right?
27:41Just chuck her in anyway.
27:43But where's my net?
27:45I don't know.
27:46There's a bit.
27:48There's mummy.
27:51She's just packing up.
27:53Just packing up.
27:54Yeah, we won't go.
27:55Oh, that's all covered in sand.
27:57Yeah, I'm not going to play with this.
27:59I'm not going to play with this.
28:01Oh.
28:02That looks pretty cool.
28:05See?
28:05You've got a spoon.
28:06That looks cool.
28:08There come the birdies after their scraps.
28:09Oh, yeah, exactly.
28:13Now we've got...
28:15Whoa.
28:15Is that a water bottle?
28:16Yeah, just leave all that there.
28:19Anything that's not yours.
28:23Oops.
28:25It's funny.
28:26They don't have to move houses
28:28to take them out somewhere for like this.
28:32That's where you've got to have a big car.
28:34Fit everything in.
28:36You don't have a big car.
28:37You've got a tiny car.
28:38I've got a tiny car, have I?
28:40Yeah, my body can eat.
28:41Daddy, should we do one of these for Finn?
28:45Should we do one of these for Finn?
28:48Just do one for Finn.
28:50Thank you, darling.
28:51Say, ta?
28:53That's a memento about you.
28:55Yeah, you can have that, darling.
28:57You can have that.
28:59We've got these two buckles there.
29:02Yeah, you can have that.
29:03You can have that.
29:05All right.
29:06We'll, um...
29:07And these are...
29:08Yeah.
29:08Yeah.
29:09What we'll do is we'll take...
29:11I'll wait for them.
29:13Shake the run.
29:14Yeah, I'll see if they play the wind flow.
29:16Actually, blow it.
29:17Yeah, that's the right way.
29:18Yeah, I know.
29:20Oh, you wouldn't want to blow it the other way.
29:22The sand will get in the wrong place.
29:24But it will shrivel up into your face or something.
29:27Yeah, exactly.
29:28The sand will go everywhere.
29:30And then I'll fold this up.
29:33And I'll help you guys pack up.
29:34Because you've got lots of stuff for it.
29:36Do you know that's so funny?
29:40The bit that's been on the ground is tons cleaner
29:43than the bit we've been sitting on.
29:48That is all you need to know about looking after a toddler.
29:52Yeah, well, that can go in the washing machine.
29:53That's a lot easier than...
29:54That is going to go in the washing machine.
29:56...leaving the house in a mess.
29:58We'll just pop that in there.
30:00But that is what it is like with a toddler.
30:03So if you bring a picnic rug,
30:04the side that's on the ground is tons cleaner
30:08than the side you're sitting on.
30:10Now, you can pack up.
30:13You have to help, Tara.
30:16Oh, so are you going to bring your fishing container?
30:21Ah, our hat.
30:22See, we nearly forgot our hat.
30:25Finn, how do you wear a hat?
30:27You've got to teach Spencer how to wear a hat.
30:29Spencer does not like wearing a hat.
30:31He hates...
30:32Finn hates wearing a hat.
30:33Does Finn hate wearing a hat, does he?
30:35He doesn't.
30:36Spencer's not a fan of wearing hats either.
30:40Finn.
30:41At home, he hates.
30:41We're going to go in the sun.
30:45At home, Finn's just not like hats.
30:47Yeah.
30:48You know what, the only thing I've tried to take it off him the other day.
30:54I forgot it was under his neck.
30:56I know it choked me.
30:59It's not a bad thing.
31:00Yeah, I bet he wasn't.
31:02I was probably doing a bad job.
31:05Oh, come on.
31:06Oh, that's neat.
31:08So we know we've got the shoes.
31:09Yep.
31:11Got to be organised.
31:12Now, what have you got?
31:17So are you walking home?
31:20No, we're parked up.
31:21You're parked.
31:21You are driving it.
31:23We're not going home straight away, we're going to the beach again.
31:28Are you really?
31:30Pinkock Park.
31:32Well, whatever that...
31:33McIntosh Island Park.
31:35Yeah, I know.
31:36Or that's Peacock Park.
31:38McIntosh Island Park.
31:39That's pretty cool.
31:41Yeah, we won't be long, darling.
31:45Oh, wow.
31:47Well, that's fun down there.
31:49Then we've got your clothes to pack up.
31:52So I think that's your...
31:54Put your shoes and head on.
31:55I'm definitely not wearing that ever again.
31:58Are you sure?
31:59Yeah.
32:00That's it.
32:02All right.
32:02Oh, except your fishing container still.
32:18Prams are fantastic, aren't they?
32:21Yeah, but they just have...
32:24You can pack so much in a pram.
32:26Yeah, and we're ready to rock.
32:29Ready to roll.
32:30All right, boys.
32:33Oh, yeah, there's Finn's toy.
32:35He can have that.
32:38So, toy date over.
32:41When you get home, you probably won't be...
32:43He'll probably throw it away as we're walking to the car.
32:47That's what we do.
32:48Well, that was really nice.
32:49That was so good to get together down here and to give the kids some time together and...
32:56Yeah, it was.
32:57It was real good.
32:58And Spence to meet Finn.
32:59Wasn't it?
32:59That was really good, wasn't it?
33:01Yeah.
33:01Can we say goodbye?
33:02Say goodbye, Koa.
33:03Koa, say goodbye to Sylvie and Spence.
33:06It was lovely to meet you guys.
33:08I met you before Koa, but it was lovely to meet you, Finn.
33:11It really, truly was.
33:13You're going to wave, Finn?
33:14And I'm looking forward to way more playdates with you boys.
33:18Every time you visit, we'll get together, okay?
33:21Bye, boys.
33:22Say goodbye?
33:23Bye.
33:24Say goodbye?
33:25Bye.
33:27See ya.
33:30Hey, do you want to wave goodbye?
33:33Bye.
33:36See ya.
33:36Bye.
