00:00President Trump has been incredibly focused on energy because he understands that energy is not just one industry,
00:06it's the foundation of all other industries.
00:09The food on your table, the gas in your car, the clothes on your back all have an energy component.
00:13So to make America affordable again, to have prosperity here at home,
00:17and to actually bring peace abroad because the conflicts that we're involved in overseas,
00:21whether it's Iran funding 24 terror groups,
00:24our adversaries are funding those efforts with illegal oil sales that the Biden administration failed to sanction.
00:32So President Trump is clear-minded on this.
00:35And then when we take a look at what's happening in Europe today,
00:38where there's 60 million people without power and complete chaos,
00:42President Trump is avoiding the Biden blackouts and brownouts that were potentially put right on our doorstep here
00:51because of the energy policies of the prior administrations going 180 degrees in the other direction with energy dominance.
00:58So President Trump, whether it's foreign investment coming to the U.S.,
01:02whether it's reshoring manufacturing, whether it's inflation down, cutting red tape,
01:07including we working with President Trump,
01:10we cut just simple common sense red tape on offshore production in the Gulf of America.
01:15That's going to increase production 100,000 barrels a day.
01:18And it just takes a courageous president to say,
01:21look, we're going to make common sense rules here and stop punishing our energy industry.
01:26Well, and it takes courage to keep your promises
01:27because he's got a wall of opposition right now coming from the left.
