00:00Hi, this is Chef Yogesh from Sanska Design Hotel in Mumbai.
00:12Welcome to your favorite cooking channel and today what we are going to see is Paneer Chilli
00:18which is again a Chinese recipe made in Indian version.
00:22For Chilli Paneer what we need is a block of paneer,
00:28diced three color peppers, diced onions, chopped spring onions,
00:35some sliced green chillies, lemon to taste, chopped garlic, chopped ginger,
00:44little bit of vinegar, little bit of soy sauce, cornflat, salt, pepper seasoning,
00:57and a bit of aromar. If you really like it spicy you can add that sauce as well
01:04which is a red chilli sauce. Now let's start making Paneer Chilli.
01:12We are going to cut little cubes of them. Paneer has got more moisture in it.
01:27You can simply coat the paneer with corn flour. We are not going to use egg in this recipe.
01:34Now this is a complete vegetarian dish. Let's get your oil a little hot.
01:41Let's drop those paneer in the nice and hot oil. Paneer is nice and golden brown.
01:57Now let's make the sauce for it. Try and get the wok. If you do not have the wok again,
02:04you can use your non-stick fry pan. Drop a little oil. A lot of garlic. A little less ginger.
02:19Add some sliced green chillies. Diced fried colored pepper. Diced onion. Once the onion becomes
02:35a little translucent, you can add in the fried paneer. Disposed a little well with that.
02:46salt. Water or stock. Or you can add a little bit of aromat. It makes a job of your stock.
03:05seasoning. Pepper. Salt. Add 2-3 spoons of soy sauce. A dash of vinegar.
03:34Add a little bit of soy sauce. Add a little bit of spring onions just before that. If it
03:35gets a little softer. Make the mixture of soy sauce.
03:37Add a little bit of spring onions just before that. If it gets a little softer. Make the mixture
03:41of corn flour with water. Just to thicken your gravy.
