00:03habang may payo naman ang mga employers sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho.

00:13Isa si Jessa. Sa libu-libong mga aplikante na nabinipisyuhan ng Labor Day Job Fair sa Quezon City,

00:20masaya siyang na-hire on the spot.

00:22Masaya ako kasi. Isang buwan din ako walang trabaho so at least na-hire ako dito on the spot pa talaga.

00:30Kinaka-bun kasi parang hindi ako makakapasa eh pero I did my best para makapasa.

00:36Malaki ang tulong ng Job Fair para kay Giancarlo na pinapaasa lang daw ng mga dati niyang inaplayan na.

00:43Yes po. Kasi nung time po na hindi naman po Job Fair po, dami-dami na po kong inaplayan.

00:49Pero ang chika lang po kasi sa akin noon yung sabi lang po kasi noon callback na lang po eh.

00:55So wala naman pong callback na natanggap.

00:57May payo naman ng employer mula sa BPO industry na si JP para sa lahat ng mga aplikante.

01:02I think the most important thing that they should understand is they should be confident.

01:09I think everything stems from there.

01:12Huwag sila masyadong madi-dishearten if they feel that their credentials is not enough.

01:17Because there are a lot of companies right now, especially from the BPO.

01:20Para sa mas mabilis na proseso ng mga kinakailangang dokumento, samutsaring on-site services ang ibinabahagi ng iba't ibang ahensya ng gobyerno sa Job Fair tulad na lamang ng TESDA.

01:31For today's Job Fair po, ang mga programs and services na bibigay po ni TESDA ay number one, yung NC renewal po natin.

01:40We're going to provide free NC renewal po sa mga aplikante na naglaps na po ang kanilang mga certification.

01:48Number two, scholarships po. We have list of schools and programs na under for training for work scholarship programs and STEP.

01:59So we can provide scholarships. Also, we can also provide yung list of training centers and accredited assessment centers for those schools program or certification na kailangan po nila.

02:10Ang Job Fair na ito ay bahagi ng programa ng pamahalaang Ferdinand R. Myers Jr. bilang pagpupugay sa lahat ng mga manggagawang Pilipino ngayong Labor Day.
