00:00So, as predicted, with copyrights and copyrights and some of the law enforcement, I would say to the state,
00:09we were going to turn you and we were going to add that business saying that this operation like this
00:13is basically a real file, and you notice, I just want to see a great response to that.
00:17And the second question is, you have the concerns that with the lawsuits happening and federal injunctions
00:25that search for the rest obviously equal, but getting them out,
00:29of course, I mean, I think we've seen it.
00:42You know, on the one hand, Biden opened the border.
00:45You'd have states like Texas do legislation to say, okay, we'll enforce federal law.
00:49And the courts would say, oh, no, it's the province of the federal government.
00:53And so they have a right in supremacy to not take care that the laws are faithfully.
00:58It'd be one thing if the state was going against what the law is.
01:02Then you could say supremacy.
01:03So it basically neutered the states.
01:06Now we're in a situation where the federal government is doing enforcing the law,
01:11and the courts are saying, well, no, you really can't do that.
01:14People need to have, you know, some O.J. Simpson-type trial before they can be deported.
01:19It's nuts, and it's a heads they win, tails we lose for the country to where people come in unimpeded,
01:27and it's virtually impossible for them to go.
01:30I think the president has statutory authority to do this.
01:33I also think he's got Article II, constitutional authority, to do this.
01:37But I think what we've seen is they will find judges who just want to throw sand in the gears.
01:43And that's been true across their efforts, not even limited to the immigration space.
01:47So I anticipate that that will likely continue.
01:51Ultimately, though, you know, the U.S. Supreme Court can end this charade.
01:55They've had opportunities to do it, and they haven't been willing to do it.
01:59They've created some of the mess in the immigration space with the jurisprudence.
02:04They should reverse U.S. versus Arizona.
02:06That was not the right decision.
02:08That was a split decision from the court.
02:10And so they have an opportunity to get this basically on better footing,
02:14because right now you have the policies that are really being hijacked by these district judges.
02:20And they shouldn't be able to do a nationwide injunction.
02:22If you have an illegal alien that they sue for, and the judge wants to find something,
02:28even though I probably wouldn't agree with that, that should apply to that case.
02:31It shouldn't stop immigration enforcement efforts writ large.
02:35So we're going to continue to deal with those issues.
02:38But I do think these are going to need resolution by the U.S. Supreme Court.
02:42And I don't think you're going to see it end until that happens.
02:45Anything about racial profiling, Governor?
02:47There's no racial profiling.
02:48If you're here illegally, then you're a violation of the law.
02:52And there's not saying that, you know, only people of one shade.
02:55If you're illegal, you're illegal.
02:57And we're going to hold you accountable.
