00:00Waves is an amazing opportunity because a lot of the content creation is about audio and video,
00:07and this is at the core of everything that we do. It's data.
00:10Data is big, and Intel primarily looks at several aspects of processors.
00:17And Waves is actually bringing multiple ranges of data that's needed for doing it.
00:25You can look at a billion-plus users, how do you get the content to them.
00:28Then you can look at several million users who are influencers.
00:32So you have the large conglomerates that's building a lot of media content, multimedia content,
00:37and then you have individual influencers that are trying to really have their own channels and things like that.
00:42So from a Intel standpoint, this is awesome because we've got processors that are there in the data center
00:46with our CPUs and AI accelerators that can help the large conglomerates to do the content
00:52in a way that it's more AI-driven, fast searching of video, being able to deliver.
00:57However, also with our AI-PC, the influencers who are individuals who are trying to make their own YouTube channels and stuff,
01:03they have the ability to do edit very quickly with an AI-PC and give the best content out there.
01:09So it's a fascinating space.
01:11It's really nice to see that in India we have waves going on because it opens up a whole bunch of things,
01:16not to forget the gaming industry as well, for content creation.
01:18It seems that the government is focusing more on the creative sector now.
01:23So what do you think that your company is bringing you to tap the initial market?
01:28So from our standpoint at Intel, we look at AI as bringing AI everywhere.
01:33It's not a one-size-fit-all.
01:35You need several aspects of processing capability.
01:37So there is AI at the cloud, at the network, at the edge, as well as individuals who are having a personal computing device.
01:47So our ability is to be able to kind of maintain and have an offering that can have all of these facets involved.
01:53And so with the initiative that's happening in India, the content industry is huge.
01:59We are not only consumers.
02:00We have more than a million influencers that are also doing their own content.
02:04And so it's a great opportunity for Intel.
02:06And we really love the fact that India is in the middle of all of this.
02:10My last question to you is, you know, the gaming sector is coming up in a big way.
02:14You know, a lot of startups are coming up.
02:16So how do you find the gaming sector being your, you know, the future investment?
02:21It's interesting that you ask that question because India has a pretty big share of gamers.
02:30And a lot of them have migrated from being on the phones to actually playing heavy games on the laptops, network-based games.
02:36So it's a great space for us as Intel.
02:39And knowing that we have a young population in this country, and a lot of times gamers are spending a lot of time in front of computers.
02:47And the innovation that we can bring for them, not only on performance and power and just the visual and audio capability,
02:54but also ergonomics and things like that is really a great place for us to go innovating.
