India strikes again! Withheld Pak’s I&B Min ‘X’, Babar Azam, Shahid Afridi Instagram blocked

New Delhi May 03, 2025 (ANI): Amid the rising tensions between India, Pakistan, several Pakistani celebrities, sportsperson’s social media handles have been banned by Modi Govt. Celebrities including Hania Aamir, Babar Azam, Shahid Afridi, Fawad Khan, Atif Aslam, Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan are in the list. Also, in a major blow to Islamabad, India withheld Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar’s X account. This decision was taken after he claimed that India is intended to launch a military strike against Pakistan within next 24-36 hours. The remarks came at a crucial time as tensions between the India and Pakistan rise over the Pahalagam Terror Attack. India has taken several steps against Pakistan over cross-border terrorism, including suspending the Indus Water Treaty.; Notably, the Indian Army has also effectively responded to the Pakistan Army's unprovoked small arms firing across the LoC.
