00:00Today we're comparing two legends of Pakistani roads the Suzuki Mehran and
00:07Suzuki. Alto but not for comfort or features. This one's all about
00:13acceleration, pick and speed. The Mehran with its 800 cubic centimeters carburetor
00:20engine and lightweight body has a strong low-end pick. It hits zero to 60
00:27kilometers per hour in a round, 12 to 13 seconds, and feels punchy in lower
00:34gears. But after 100 kilometers per hour it starts to lose stability and feels
00:40rough. On the other hand, the Alto, especially the newer, 660 cubic centimeters
00:49models with the CVD, has smoother but slightly slower acceleration. Doing zero
00:56to 60 in about 14 to 15 seconds. But once it picks up, it holds speed
01:03better and feels more refined. When it comes to top speed, the Mehran Max is out
01:10around 130 kilometers per hour but feels unstable. The Alto can touch 140 to 145
01:19kilometers per hour and still feels composed. So in short, Mehran has better
01:25pick and initial punch. But the Alto takes the lead in stability, smoothness, and
01:32high speed performance. Which one suits your driving style better? Let us know in
01:38the comments.
