00:00Welcome to Burnley Town Centre everybody. Burnley Live started on Friday but it's now Saturday and it's about five o'clock and yeah the evening, the early evening entertainment's about to kick off. We've got live bands on the Omrod Street stage, we've already had choirs, drum bands in the Town Centre, Burnley won the game today and a go up to the Premiership which has made everybody happy.
00:20Also we've got 20 other venues knocking about time that have got all sorts of different live entertainment on but what you're dying to know is who's this person stood next to me so just introduce yourself.
00:31My name's Anishka and I'm from Stockport and I've come to Burnley for the day.
00:35Lovely and she's helping with the marketing and so we'll challenge a little bit and see what she thinks of Burnley because maybe this is the first time you've been.
00:41First time that I've ever been to Burnley Live yes.
00:43Lovely so we'll go and watch some bands, walk this way.
00:45We're here at the Swan on St. James Street and we're here to see Room 5 who are playing loads of heavy metal tracks including Nirvana and Metallica.
00:54So we're now at the Little White Horse on Hargree Street to see acoustic duo Birdhouse.
00:59So we've called in to Hatter's Bar to try and get a pint of real ale.
01:02We're going to watch Leanne from Reckless Romance because she's doing her solo set for fantastic live music and we've bumped into John from the Burnley Express.

01:11Unbelievable.
01:12I've just been to see Leanne, Oasis, unreal.
01:15Incredible.
01:16Sunshine, drinks, Burnley getting promoted, not quite doing the title but it's still the atmosphere is unbelievable.
01:23Best Burnley Live yet but we can get bigger and we can get better next year.

01:36We are one of the original free venues that took part in Burnley Live.
01:41We supported the idea from the beginning because we just want to pop back into Burnley and get the experience from the town that we know we can build up this town and make it bigger and better than ever.

02:12As you can see, the sun is shining and we've literally took it past that and it's been an absolutely fantastic day today.
02:20We were just discussing this actually and it's not a bad problem to have when you say to people, you're going to have to hang on five minutes.

02:26Just remember guys, if you want to get in, you've got to get down early tomorrow.
02:30So it's not just done here on the main stage on Ormond Street that's busy.
02:33We've been around about 20 venues across the town centre and seen about 40 different acts.
