00:00Obviously, the big news of the day here in Washington, though, I think, is the announcement of the NFL draft coming.

00:06And, Brian, some of our friends in Philadelphia have an idea.
00:13What's their idea?
00:15So, I follow this Philly sports blog called Crossing Broad.
00:20And if you're familiar with Philadelphia, Broad Street is this giant street in Philadelphia.
00:25So, Crossing Broad is the idea of Crossing Broad Street.
00:27Mm-hmm.
00:28And they are hardcore Philly homers, but they make me laugh.

00:34It's well-done.
00:35So, I'm going to read to you from this blog post I just saw from Crossing Broad, who I believe their publisher is Kevin Kincaid.

00:50The 2027 NFL draft will be held in Washington, according to every insider on the planet.
00:54We're just awaiting official word from the league.
00:56The draft was held in New York every year from 1965 to 2014.
01:01Then they got wise and took the show back on the road, doing a couple years to Chicago before bringing it to Philly, Arlington, and Nashville.
01:08Next year, they'll be in Yinserville, and then it goes to the Swamp down in D.C., where all of the corrupt career politicians and slimeball Capitals fans live.
01:15Gross.
01:16That being said, it's not too early to start planning a Philadelphia Eagles fan takeover.
01:23Yo, and they did our boy dirty here.
01:25As you know, tailgate Ted got up on a chair like he was Julius Caesar and proclaimed that commie fans had conquered our Hard Rock Cafe, which nobody goes to.

02:24Because, listen, at the draft, you always have certain people show up.
02:32Either they're going to, or we're going to have enough of our fans to say, to hell with you, we're taking up all the spots.
02:38But the draft has fans of, like when you go work an international game, one of the things that's the most interesting is it's not, it's more of like a festival of football than it is two teams competing.
02:52Because you see jerseys from like every era.
02:55And, like when I worked the skins playing the Bengals in London in 2018, whenever that was, the jersey I saw most was Dan Marino.

03:05Yeah.
03:06So, for the draft, it's more just, it's like festival of football and everybody's kind of hanging out and having fun.
03:12And undoubtedly, there will be Eagles fans.
03:15But, like, ideally, you could just be cool.
03:18It's just a draft.
03:19It's in the game.
03:20Nobody needs a fist fight.
03:22They don't care about that.
03:25So, they're going to always try to take over.
03:29And don't let them take over.
