00:54on paypal let's now focus on the video so now let's go over onto the dock go to launchpad go to the

01:02microsoft outlook application search for this enter to open up the application itself wait for that to

01:08load once it is loaded now let's go to the top left corner of the screen where we have new email to

01:13compile a new email let's now compile the email hello this is a test email

01:24if we want to we can insert an image like we have done in the previous tutorial

01:29picture from file this will take us to let's just say the desktop or go back to documents

01:36my youtube channel search for an image there we have it the computer science videos logo click on insert

01:44to add that to your email decrease the size of the image itself

01:48go to our new line let's now insert a signature if we wish to admin update

02:01and there we go so we can now go to recipient this will always be sent to the computer science videos

02:08our business gmail account double click to expand this there we go computer science videos business

02:13at gmail.com the subject test email let's now go to the toolbar where we have high priority or low

02:23priority we will click on high priority as this is an email that's very important for your recipient

02:32once they were to see this they would ignore all the other work and straight the way jump onto this email

02:39to circumvent the technical failures that have arisen so we can now click on send

02:48as you can see the email has been sent via that notification let's now minimize i'll look for the

02:53moment now let's go down to the dock go to launch pad go to the additional web browser which is google

03:00chrome click on this wait for that to load once that has loaded go to the top right corner where we have

03:05gmail click on gmail click on this and now we should have received an email that says test email hello this

03:12is a test email admin go back one although this is a very high priority email we have not been notified

03:23to suggest that it is so what we will do to experiment we will have to go back to our email

03:30after we quit google chrome go back one go to the microsoft outlook application let's now go to the

03:38sent items where we have that email that was sent to the gmail account as you can see this message is
