00:00it's interesting i missed i missed uh i missed the connection just the there was an ease about

00:08karen in my life always even when she was little we were just there together we had come to be

00:15together i mean that's that's what happened and then just this thing split us into pieces

00:21and tore our family apart and but she's still always been there and so that's kind of remarkable

00:28um another channeler at one point who i'd been talking to at some point said oh by the way

00:36your sister's sorry that there was so much grief she said she didn't realize it would be that hard

00:44which is pretty sweet but it was a special relationship you know and i guess you know we

00:48we we move on from people in our lives that are still alive we do that all the time that doesn't

00:53seem to be a great harm or a great um difficulty it's it's we're meant to grow out of certain

01:00relationships i suppose or move into new ones but karen was always the simplest most beautiful

01:06just sort of reflection of myself and connection to to another human you know when we were just

01:13children and we stayed children together i guess that's kind of what we've done so now now she's

01:18back and she and those few other people know her now it's like it is karen kelsey again which i like

01:23it was really hard that that part was really hard yeah yeah i'm those were the bundles i think i

01:29mentioned i would sometimes disappear down a sadness i couldn't shake that was that was when that was

01:35happening yeah those those were very challenging and to write you know to write tilt your head back was

01:44pretty hard by reviewing it as much as i have throughout my life it has lost some of its teeth

01:51it's still a haunting image though it's not it's not a comfortable image um the the strangest thing

01:59about it was that there was a kind of comfort in knowing she wasn't in that body anymore and that

02:07happened in that moment and has always been in that moment that revelation of oh and you know it took

02:16me until just this year i finally how to found a quotation from by c.s lewis that pretty much described

02:23what i now know what i knew then what i learned then and what i've subsequently learned you know in

02:28burying family or friends since um c.s lewis said uh you don't have a soul you are a soul you have a body

02:45and i thought that's it that's that's that thing i found that really really uh

02:51uh reassuring
