02:57Whilst in others, your identified supporters wearing your colors and t-shirts were seen distributing said payouts or stubs
03:04The orders came from a complaint filed on May 5
03:07Claiming that vote-buying took place between April 28 and May 1
03:11During financial or medical aid programs in different areas of Marikina
03:15The complaint alleges that attendees received payouts of 2,000 pesos or claim stubs
03:20In a statement, Deteodoros denied the allegations, saying that the move is, quote, politically motivated
03:26Deteodoros say, quote,
