00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. has ordered an investigation into reports that sand from the country's coastal areas is allegedly being used for reclamation activities by Chinese nationals in the West Philippine Sea.

00:25During a Senate hearing held yesterday, the National Intelligence Coordinating Council revealed that sand from municipalities near the WPS is allegedly being extracted and used by Chinese nationals to support their ongoing reclamation efforts in disputed waters.
