00:01Thank you very much, Connie.
00:02I have two questions.
00:04One on the U.S. diplomatic missions, another one is China and Russia, if I may.
00:12Regarding the closure of U.S. diplomatic missions overseas, can you confirm that the United
00:19States is considering closing the diplomatic missions in 27 countries around the world,
00:29and will also close its consulate in Pusan, South Korea?
00:35And the second question, it has been reported that Chinese companies are producing missiles
00:44in Russia, and Russia's Kremlin announced that it would strengthen solidarity with China
00:54to celebrate the Victory Days.
00:58What are you concerned about China and Russia's military cooperating?
01:03MS.
01:04Well, what I've said several times from this podium is that there are several nations that
01:08are responsible for helping move the carnage that is unfolding in Ukraine in this war, that
01:16many nations are responsible for the nature of how it continues.
01:20And I've stated that several times.
01:22The State Department has as well.
01:24And so I'm going to leave that there.
01:26Regarding our missions and our consulates, I have nothing to report for you at this point
01:30regarding the nature of what will be transpiring.
01:33But I will ask if we can take another look at perhaps if there are announcements or any updates
01:38on that particular dynamic, we'll get back to you certainly.
