Ange Postecoglou expects the Europa League final between Manchester United & Tottenham to rattle a few cages
Transcript
00:01Yeah, well that's going to upset a lot of people, isn't it?
00:03There will be debates now raging.
00:05I've heard the latest one is that neither of us will be able to get a trophy if we win.
00:09We're just going to take a team photo because we're not worthy.
00:12I mean, who cares if we're struggling in the league?
00:14Why is that important when it's so easy to get to a final?
00:21Then why doesn't everyone who finishes in the top three do it?
00:24I mean, it's a separate thing.
00:25It's got nothing to do with league form.
00:26We understand our league form hasn't been great.
00:28We understand the struggles we've had.
00:31And a lot of them are because of the situation we've been in,
00:34but how that diminishes the achievement of getting to a final.
00:38Like I said, this club and others have finished, you know,
00:41in first, second or third in the Premier League or, you know,
00:46and haven't made finals.
00:47So, you know, why should that be diminished?
00:50I couldn't care less who's struggling, who's not.
00:52It's going to be, I think both us and Manchester United have earned the right to be there.
00:56I think we've probably beaten teams that will be in the Champions League next year
01:00on our road to getting there.
01:02So I'm looking forward to it, should be a great game.
01:05Sure, thank you, direction.
01:06So yeah, that's just a big round.
01:07Thanks.
01:08Thank you, before we get started.
01:09Yeah, we'll get started.
