Children from St Mary’s Church of England Primary School in Frensham sing a VE Day song. Student and staff came together in a wonderful celebration to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day. Dressed proudly in red, white and blue, the whole school took part in a day of reflection, learning and joyous celebration. In the lead-up to the event, children created colourful bunting to decorate the school and made their own flags to wave during our traditional street party-style lunch held on the playground.
