02:52And if there is no 30-day unconditional ceasefire, then there will be big-time sanctions placed on Russia.
03:03He didn't say Russia, but that's what he meant when he was talking about sanctions.
03:07But he absolutely did say a 30-day unconditional ceasefire.
03:13And because Trump posted this on Truth Social and he aligned himself with Alensky,
03:21the Europeans now believe that they are aligned with the United States of America
03:27and that they are very close to defeating Russia and they're going to Kiev.
03:33They're in Kiev right now and they are going to meet with Alensky and prepare the capitulation papers.
03:44That's right.
03:45They are preparing the surrender documents.
03:49Macron, Stammer, Tusk, Blackrock Mertz.

03:56They took the midnight train going to Kiev and they are now in Kiev
04:01and they are going to be meeting with high-ranking Alensky officials,

05:16in order for Russia to agree to a 30-day ceasefire.
05:19Blackrock Mertz seized on the statement from Peskov where he said it's a bit more nuanced.
05:23And Blackrock Mertz, he came out with a statement and said that because Peskov said that a 30-day ceasefire
05:32is nuanced, that for him it meant that Russia is close to agreeing to a 30-day unconditional ceasefire
05:42and capitulating.
05:44That is what Blackrock Mertz got out of Peskov's statement.
05:48When in reality, Peskov was trying to be very diplomatic in his response to the ABC News journalist.
05:58So, the capitulation, the surrender terms are being drafted as we speak in Kiev.
