01:59I'm able to do things for myself pa rin because he's there to, you know, like, saluhan.

02:06Dumaan ka rin sa, yung postpartum.

02:09I think, um, in the Philippines, it's, it's a little less common, siguro, because here

02:15we have a lot of help that can help you.

02:17Not only, like, I'm not just talking, like, yayas that can assist you, but like your support

02:21system, like your family and your friends.

02:23Um, I think what could lead to postpartum is if, if you feel a little bit isolated.

02:28Kasi, you know, a lot of, yung autonomy mo sa sarili mo nawawala din.

02:33So, it's like getting to know yourself again and that makes you kind of feel lost then.

02:37Pero mi kasi nga, I've been blessed to have a solid support system in all aspects.

02:42And so, no, I don't think, um, I did feel postpartum as much as I probably thought I would.

02:48So, sino na yung medyo nga kakakawag ni Baby?

02:52Everybody says different things, eh.

03:02I mean, yeah, I mean, I love the craft of acting.

03:05Um, uh, I miss it.

03:08But also, ang hirap nga kasing iwanan muna ng baby.

03:12I have naman the, I mean, you know, Zee allows me the luxury of staying home.

03:17So, why not take advantage of it while the baby's still small?

03:20Para at least, I can also spend as much time as I can with him before I start to work and all of that.

03:26And Gela naman yung planong start to work.

03:37You know, like, more the behind the scenes stuff.

03:42So, it's not worth it, yung choice ng motherhood?

03:48Super duper worth it.

03:49Worth the tears, worth the struggles.

04:09And I was emergency CS, so I need to take my time to really heal.
