00:00Did you miss us during the premiere of Bupalok Kids?
00:02Yes, I didn't go to the premiere because it was a peak for breastfeeding.
00:07Ah, that's right.
00:08Now it's serious, mothering.
00:10It's a bit more open-open place now.
00:14But still, mainly at home. Not really.
00:17Just for this, because obviously I have to be here for Nathan.
00:20Because I thought you're going to be here for Nathan.
00:23I mean, I do.
00:24The behind-the-scenes work that we do, I still continue to work on it.
00:28Things I can do at home, mainly, or meetings.
00:31I get to go to meetings.
00:34I just can't do anything that takes me out of the house longer than, siguro, three to four hours.
00:39So, hanggang kailan pa itong work from home?
00:42Ideally, because I want to make my baby breastfeed until he's a year old.
00:48So, maybe. I'm already, what, seven months in.
00:50So, five more months.
00:53Because there's a premiere in the U.S.
00:57The movie of Z, right?
01:00Yes.
01:01Is it good?
01:02Um, if the timing is okay.
01:05Just, we're going on vacation with the baby.
01:08And then let's see, let's see if I can.
01:10Just, I don't want to leave the baby.
01:13And then, it's really hard.
01:14Since now, we're breastfeeding.
01:17But how do you feel about your mother?
01:20That's funny.
01:21I love it.
01:21And it's still Mother's Day, right?
01:23Correct, correct.
01:26I'm loving it.
01:27It's, I mean, you know, it's equally challenging and rewarding.
01:31It's, you know, pushing you to limits that you don't know how you can.
01:35And all of that.
01:36Yeah, it's, it's, it's, uh, I think it's day by day lang talaga para hindi siya nakakalula.
01:43Recy is Andrew Mahanson, don't you?
01:45Ah, yeah, super.
01:46How's he doing the timing?
01:47Ah, he's, he's, he's great.
01:49As in, I'm glad na he's my partner in all of this and figuring out parenthood.
01:55Kasi he's been nothing but supportive and great help.
01:58You know, I never feel like I'm alone.
01:59I'm able to do things for myself pa rin because he's there to, you know, like, saluhan.
02:04Ganun, it's nice.
02:06Dumaan ka rin sa, yung postpartum.
02:08You know what?
02:09I think, um, in the Philippines, it's, it's a little less common, siguro, because here
02:15we have a lot of help that can help you.
02:17Not only, like, I'm not just talking, like, yayas that can assist you, but like your support
02:21system, like your family and your friends.
02:23Um, I think what could lead to postpartum is if, if you feel a little bit isolated.
02:28Kasi, you know, a lot of, yung autonomy mo sa sarili mo nawawala din.
02:33So, it's like getting to know yourself again and that makes you kind of feel lost then.
02:37Pero mi kasi nga, I've been blessed to have a solid support system in all aspects.
02:42And so, no, I don't think, um, I did feel postpartum as much as I probably thought I would.
02:48So, sino na yung medyo nga kakakawag ni Baby?
02:52Everybody says different things, eh.
02:55Minsan ako, minsan si Sandro.
02:57Yes, ano po yun?
03:00Naminisin mo rin ng acting.
03:02I mean, yeah, I mean, I love the craft of acting.
03:05Um, uh, I miss it.
03:08But also, ang hirap nga kasing iwanan muna ng baby.
03:12I have naman the, I mean, you know, Zee allows me the luxury of staying home.
03:17So, why not take advantage of it while the baby's still small?
03:20Para at least, I can also spend as much time as I can with him before I start to work and all of that.
03:26And Gela naman yung planong start to work.
03:28Oh, we'll see.
03:29We'll see talaga kung anong muna yung plano namin and everything.
03:33But you're still working din naman dito?
03:35Ah, yes.
03:36I'm still working on Nathan.
03:37You know, like, more the behind the scenes stuff.
03:40The day to day of Nathan and all of that.
03:42So, it's not worth it, yung choice ng motherhood?
03:47Ah, super.
03:48Super duper worth it.
03:49Worth the tears, worth the struggles.
03:52It's, it's, it's exciting but also challenging.
03:55And, yeah.
03:57I can't think of it.
03:59That's the next question.
04:00Oh, my God.
04:01I'm 33 already.
04:03So, ideally, as soon as possible, right?
04:06But, of course, again, I still want to enjoy the baby.
04:09And I was emergency CS, so I need to take my time to really heal.
04:14I also would like to go back to a weight that's okay for the next pregnancy.
04:19So, I have to work on that then first.
04:22Yeah.
04:23So, now, Lola's been so busy.
04:26Oh, my God.
04:27She's so busy.
04:28Why is she so busy?
04:29Because she's so busy, right?
04:31She's so busy, my grandma.
04:33She'll reply, two to three business days, hello.
04:36Like, I'm sure she's less busy.
04:40Yeah.
04:41But, Zanjo is also busy right now, campaigning with you.
04:44Yes.
04:45I'm good with balancing his time.
04:47Oh, okay.
04:48What support do you give to Zanjo?
04:51I mean, if he needs me, he knows that I'm there.
04:53And I think he likes the fact that I stay with Bino most of the time
04:59so that he doesn't have to worry about the baby's alone at home or anything.
05:03So, I think that's the support, his mental state, that he doesn't need to think about what's going on at home.
05:08But, yeah, I mean, I've also campaigned for him already.
05:11House to house or not?
05:13At the market.
05:14At the market.
05:15At the market.
05:16At the market.
05:17Yeah.
05:18Yes, definitely.
05:19Yes.
05:34Yeah.
05:36Yeah.
05:38Yeah.
