Incumbent Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna cast her vote at the Legarda Elementary School on May 12, 2025. Former mayor Isko Moreno shared with the Manila Times that he was 'confident with the exit polls.' He is hopeful that the results will turn in his favor. Domagoso cast his vote at the Manuel L. Quezon Elementary school.
