00:00This is how you're going to actually manifest your dream life.
00:02Now the first thing you need to do is get super clear on what you want your dream life to look like.
00:07The best way to do this is to physically write down 24 hours what you would do in a dream day.
00:12I want to note too, this is something that you should be doing realistically like once a year.
00:17There are a couple of questions that I like to ask myself to help get me started.
00:21First, I just like to write out an overview of what I want my dream life to look like.
00:25Once you have the overview of your dream day,
00:27the next thing you want to answer is what you would do when you first wake up.
00:30As you write this out, make sure that you're trying to put as much feeling into your answer.
00:35If there's no emotions tied to it, then you're basically just writing words to write words.
00:39It's once you start feeling the feeling that would come with living this life
00:43is when you start manifesting and when your brain starts making those changes.
00:46Okay, we got to speed this up.
00:48Who do you spend your time with and how do you connect with them is the next question.
00:53Next, you want to write out how you're going to spend your free time.
00:56Once you have your passions, figure out how you would end out your dream day.
01:00Now, once you have all of your questions answered,
01:02I want you to physically go through and write out how you're going to spend that 24 hours.
01:06And yes, this does include sleep.
01:08Also, when you write this out, make sure you're writing it out in present 10.
01:11As if you were writing out your agenda for the day.
01:14Now, once you have your dream day written out like an agenda,
01:16you're going to do the most important step.
01:18Do not skip this.
01:19This is where the magic happens.
01:21Review your dream day.
01:22But most importantly, think about one physical item that you had in your dream day
01:26that you don't currently have now.
01:28If you don't think of one automatically, look at your dream day list and visualize it.
01:32And then think about one of the items that you used when you visualized your dream day.
01:35I'm not even kidding when I say go get that item literally like this week.
01:38Or realistically, the next time your budget would allow you to.
01:41And then again, more important than the item,
01:42starting today, think about a habit that you had in your dream day that you can start.
01:46Literally, I'm not even kidding right now.
01:48This is the most important thing for you to do
01:50because it will literally change your brain chemistry
01:52and tell you I am the person that does these things.
01:54And if you're the person that does these things
01:55and you're the person that has these things,
01:56then you're the person that lives this life.
