00:00Mostly what we call as meditation is just a few methods.
00:04Methods are not meditation. Meditation is something internal and meditation is nothing that you can really practice.
00:11Meditation is something that you can only remember.
00:14Meditation is to remember that there is something far more important, far more lovable than this and that.
00:20So these thoughts, even if they are there, they do not carry great importance.
00:25That is meditation.
00:27So let that love deepen. That is why I said continue your meditation throughout.
00:32And then you cannot sit and meditate.
00:34Therefore you have to talk and meditate, walk and meditate, eat and meditate, run and meditate, quarrel and meditate.
00:43That is meditation 24-7.
