Push Button Switchblades in the US Not Allowed with Locks

This is a warning to all knife dealers who sell BOKER Magnum, Kalashnikovs, and Speedlock 3000 models. Benchmade is claiming that they invented the push button automatic switchblade that has a locking device on the knife. This claim is outright nonsense and the patent is narrow in its scope and needs to be revoked. If anyone has the patent CRKT does because they filed a locking device prior to Benchmade on their folding knives and a switchblade is simply a derivative. The problem is huge, Benchmade due file a lawsuit against BOKER but BOKER has alot of money and doesn't take kindly to being bullied around, so Benchmade dropped the suit. Now Benchmade has taken a new approach to things by attacking sellers of these products and either getting the sellers to stop selling BOKER products, making them pay extortion money to the Benchmade company, but with my case I refuse to do anything of the sort and want this all to be settled in a court of law. If you have any information to stop Benchmade please post the details that are relative. Benchmade's new approach is to establish case law with winning against someone and then going up against BOKER on the issue. I will be in contact with BOKER to get specific details on this. Most importantly the rest of the world does not need to adhere to US patents. But anyone selling the BOKER model for conversion or as an automatic knife needs to take the locking device out of the knife until the case is decided. This is a warning for all other sellers to do the same, feel free to mail the plastic lock to Benchmade and voice your disgust with the company. Once the lock is removed there is nothing Benchmade can lay claim to. If one person looses the battle then it will establish case law and Benchmade will continue to destroy small business and knife sellers in the US. So I urge people that understand the issue to stop Benchmade and fight back.
