Kigali's attempt to clean Kagame of Habyarimana's killing

A report coming 15 years late, after another investigation found the Rwandan officials responsible for the crime 3 years ago? And they want us to believe that this is a legitimate report? Pleeeeeeease, give me a break. This is a public defense document. How about an independent report by the Spanish who unlike the French and the Brittish have their hands in the Rwandan mess. This is just a report from a Kagame fanatic who couldn't wait to find some defense for the RPF in this terrorist attack. Anyone who doesn't see this as farce for the RPF, anyone who can't see this as a PR gimmick,has either not seen the report from the SPANISH judge, or needs their head examined.
