The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) is a multilateral trade agreement being negotiated right now, in total opacity and secrecy, mostly between rich countries. Dictated by the entertainment industries who want to control the Net, it aims at turning the Internet service providers into private police of the Net, forcing them filter and remove contents from the Net. Internet is now essential for the exercise of our fundamental freedoms. When Internet access is restricted, our freedom is restricted. ACTA is attacking the Net! Let's attack ACTA!
