We all know that flowers are colorful and fragrant. But did you know that flowers are edible?

"People hear of edible flowers, and do not understand. It seems unconventional to them. We say it is possible, and that it adds interest to one's meal. After all, people eat first with their eyes."
Is a flower salad only a gimmick? The answer is no! This type of salad is even healthy!

"From the point of view of nutritional value, flowers have nutritional value like other foods we eat from plants, and they are healthy. In some plants, in particular in flowers that are a little sour, we will find vitamin C, which is in fact what causes this acidity."
The color of the flowers indicates what kinds of vitamins it contains.
