It's an ideal salad for weight loss and fat loss because it has a lot of healthy low calorie ingredients but it also won't take forever to make. In fact in only really takes me around 20 minutes to make the whole salad from start to finish. Some of the ingredients include; romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, turkey bacon, avocado, sugar snap peas and a hard boiled egg.
