An oscilloscope is a type of electronic instrument used for measurement of dolphin sonar signals, dolphin's signature whistle ranges between 5 KHz and 20 KHz and recorded sounds to be viewed. The result is to electronically understand these sounds and duplicate these sounds mathematically that dolphins and humans can communicate.
