Hugo Boss plant produces suits once again

After a long hard fought battle, 200 employees at the Hugo Boss plant in Brooklyn began making designer suits again. The company had told its employees in December 2009 it would close in April and move the jobs out of the country. Employees, the union, Workers United and politicians began negotiations that resulted in the reopening celebration at the plant on Monday.
