Projector Ceiling Mount is classified into front-end and back-end ones. Refered to the vidio for disassembly mode.

Step one: Take Apart The Back-end Ceiling Mount.
Firstly, take out the anti-skidding washer which is sticked on the ceiling mount.
Then wring out the screws by counterclockwise and take apart the back-end ceiling mount successfully.

Step two: Disassemble The Front-end Ceiling Mount
Wring out the screws by counterclockwise.

Install The Back-end Ceiling Mount
Firstly, attach ceiling mount to projector's mounting holes and fix the screws by clockwise
Then stick the anti-skidding washer to the ceiling mount again.
