Plas Timoun (Children's Place or Square) is an educational project launched in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, after the earthquake. It focuses on the use of art (painting, sculpture, music, dancing, reading) to encourage children, currently living under tents in the squares of Port-au-Prince, express their feelings and emotions. Through art and playing, little by little the trauma they lived with the earthquake and the events that followed can be removed. We visited the Plas Timoun centre in Petion-Ville, outside Port-au-Prince... More on our multimedia blog : http://solidar-it.net
