BP spilled millions of gallons of raw oil in the Gulf of Mexico just a few months ago in 2010. The Congress demanded that BP put up a compensation fund, to go to victims; businesses, workers & others harmed by the spill.
Sharron Angle referred to that fund as a 'Slush Fund' & not something she would have requested.
