chiming drop wheel

A lever rises up the curve of the propeller like wheel. On the quarter hour it drops off the end thus starting the chiming. The black disc is the count wheel for the quarter hour chimes, it has four niches in it for each quarter hour. The spinning thing is the fly which adjust the time between stricks.
