THE LONGEST KISS! here in Cebu, Philippines, thousands of couples are unable to afford to get married. However, they do want an official wedding! The City of Cebu agreed to fund their wedding expenses and around 300 couple are now legally married.
One couple is in their 70's with Great Grandchildren, so they are quite happy now.
The prize for the longest kiss competition was a trip to the exotic island of Palawan.
