Country loaf recipe

Hello and welcome to Club Paneo, the meeting place for home-made bread fans!
Today I’m going to tell you how to make a lovely country loaf. You’ll see, it’s simple and it can be done in just 5 steps.
Composition : 270ml water, 9g salt, 370g flour, 90g rye flour, 15g fresh yeast, or 5g dried yeast.

There we are after the preparation, a nice hot loaf that I can eat for breakfast or have as a snack; the children love it! Personally, I have it for breakfast just with some jam, a real treat!
