Lindsay Lohan was in court for the felony grand theft charge of a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach, CA jewelry store. Lindsay arrived looking hot, (one would think she would arrive in some sort of suit or something) but not Lilo the actress arrived in a white skin-tight white dress. In the reports Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz found that Lilo had violated her probation on another case, but he decided to not book her. But the Judge did tell Lindsay "If you violate the law again, I will remand you with no bail.....Things will be different."
