Giving Back at Crystal Clear Vision

Crystal Clear Vision believes that all companies have a corporate responsibility to provide for those less fortunate, those with health problems through no fault of their own and to help save our planet for our children. On behalf of each patient, we donate $10 to one of our selected partner charities. Each patient following their procedure will receive an email asking them to complete a satisfaction survey, and also to indicate which of our partner charities they wish us to make the donation on their behalf.
