K&N has designed a performance air intake system for the 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000, GMC and Chevrolet (Chevy) C2500, K2500, C3500 and K3500. K&N dynamometer tests show a 21.44 horsepower gain at 4078 rpm with use of this K&N air intake modification. K&N tests multiple vehicles for each air intake kit it makes to ensure a consistent horsepower and torque gain.
